Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. If you use the App on behalf of an entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.

Account

• Provide accurate name, username, and email
• Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or harmful use

License & Acceptable Use

We grant a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, copy, rent, sublicense, or use the App unlawfully or to harm others.

User Content & Photos

• You are responsible for content you submit and you represent you have necessary rights
• You grant us a limited license to host and process content solely to provide and improve the App
• Photos are analyzed one time; default storage is local on your device
• If server processing is required: encrypted in transit and deleted immediately after generating the result
• No facial recognition or biometric identification; no training or marketing use

Location Services

Optional precise or approximate location may be used for certain features. You can enable/disable location in device settings at any time.

Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, protect, and retain information.

Third-party Services

The App may rely on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services and their terms/policies may apply.

Intellectual Property

Zevi and all related materials are owned by Zevi Team or its licensors. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted.

Updates & Changes

We may update or modify the App, including adding or removing features, and may suspend or terminate features as permitted by law.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of scores or suggestions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or revenues.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Zevi Team for claims arising from your content, use of the App, or violation of these Terms or laws.

Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Zevi Team is primarily established. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis; no class actions.

iOS App Store Terms

• These Terms are between you and Zevi Team, not Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
• To the extent any warranty exists that cannot be disclaimed, Apple may refund the purchase price (if any)
• Apple is not responsible for claims relating to the App

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or if we discontinue the App, subject to law. Provisions that by nature should survive will continue.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and will take reasonable steps to notify you of material changes. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
